Scott and Marti are the proud new owners of The Minuteman. Scott has had a lifelong dream to own a restaurant and he is the chef extraordinaire. He has freshened the favorite dishes, also known as “The Founding Fathers” of the Minuteman, while bringing his talent and personal touch to the new menu items and specials. Most notably, the BBQ dishes are receiving rave reviews, even from some born and bred Southerners.
Marti leaves her special touch on hospitality. She aims to make patrons feel welcome and warm, as if they are in their second home. Marti has hired a young, friendly, hardworking wait staff, including her 18-year-old daughter, Hannah and 16-year-old son, Zack. The #1 requisite for working here is that you smile A LOT!
Our goal for the “New” Minuteman is that you make fond memories, enjoy the good food, and feel the nostalgia of this institution that has been here for over 50 years.
